Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for hosts who know Roblox and are great with elementary-aged kids. You’ll lead hands-on game events and play right alongside the participants. If you’re a gamer who can keep a room of kids excited, this is for you.

Compensation
Hourly rate plus mileage reimbursement.
What You’ll Run
Hosts lead a rotating lineup of Roblox games, including survival games like Natural Disaster Survival, story adventures like Block Tales, team escapes like Rushed Out!, and co-op RPGs like Dungeon Quest Reborn. Other formats include fashion shows like Dress to Impress and competitive fighters like Project Smash. See the full lineup at arrayscape.com/programs/roblox.
What You Bring
- Solid Roblox experience and a genuine love of gaming
- Experience working with elementary-aged kids (mentoring, coaching, tutoring, teaching, camps, etc.)
- A fun, high-energy presence that keeps kids engaged
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to get to customer sites
Equipment
You’ll need a laptop or device that can play Roblox, connect to a projector or TV, present slides, and run Chrome at the same time.

Mileage Reimbursement
We reimburse 67¢ per mile for every mile traveled beyond the first 20. Distances are based on Google Maps, with reasonable allowance for detours caused by road or traffic conditions.
Formula: (Miles Traveled − 20) × $0.67
