>> Hi. I'm Dr. Tito Ogunsola-Smith. I'm a doctor of physical therapy and I'm the owner of Concierge Physical Therapy and Physiofit [phonetic] Mobile Med Gym. I think another term for physical therapist is kind of a movement expert. I really help people move easier. I help them move better. Move more safely. And move with less pain. The way I interact with patients is usually they'll call me and in Pennsylvania, physical therapists actually have a direct access license where you can have a direct access license. So they can call and get to PT right away as oppose to having, you know, to wait a few weeks to go to the doctor and then wait maybe a couple of weeks to get into PT. You can really just go to PT first. So usually people will call on me that way. I do get referrals from physicians as well but a lot of it is word of mouth. And they're usually calling because they hurt. And you know, they haven't been able to live the lives that they've been wanting to live usually because of their pain. And I'm really fortunate because my business is structured that I really go to my patients and see them onsite. So I go to see them in their homes, their offices, and fitness centers. And it really gives me a lot of time to spend with them and kind of see what their environment is really like. So I can be really specific with my treatment. It's about 60 minutes, 75 for the first visit. I think it depends. In a traditional physical therapy setting, anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour is -- or maybe even more to be in with your physical therapist.
