Social Media Marketing Intern

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that increase sales, brand awareness, engagement, and reach. Responsibilities (Critical behaviors associated with this role):
- Content Creation: Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand goals and target audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Collaborative Projects: Work on special projects and collaborate with other departments as needed.

Requirements (expected proficiencies):
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools, including content management systems (CMS) and social media analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
